Neil A. Carousso

Neil A. Carousso is an award-winning multi-media journalist and businessman, who began embarking on his career at the age of twelve. His first career experiences began when he founded his school newspaper as a seventh grade student at Sacred Heart School in Bayside, New York. Then in eighth grade, Neil became Saint Francis Preparatory School’s public address voice for their football and basketball programs. As a Optimate Society and Principle’s List high school student at Saint Francis Preparatory School, Neil gained invaluable experience as the “Voice of Saint Francis Prep.” He also created “SFP TV,” an Internet streaming service that live broadcasts news, sporting events, and special school charity functions. Neil served as the sole sports broadcaster, news anchor, reporter and executive producer of the network. He spearheaded marketing and public relations initiatives for the largest Catholic private high school in the United States, inking sponsorship deals with local newspapers and MSG Varsity.

Neil is currently a Provost Scholar dual degree student at Hofstra University, majoring in Journalism and Accounting. He is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism with a Political Science minor and a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master’s of Science in Accounting. Neil is using this combination to enterprise business reports and undertake management positions. Neil works at WRHU-FM in New York where he serves as an on-air talent on news, sports, music and talk programs. He is a talk show host, news anchor, business, news and sports reporter, producer and sports play-by-play broadcaster, among other roles. Neil is also involved in WRHU marketing and public relations ventures.

Neil also manages clients’ finances with NGC Financial, LLC. In addition, Neil is an invited guest at Cowen and Company’s sponsored conferences, where business executives discuss the financial statuses of their private or publicly traded company. Neil resides in New York City.
